Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Juggernaut Equine Genetics Exchange platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our marketplace.

2. User Accounts & Verification

All users acting as Vendors must undergo Identity Verification (KYC) and provide valid ANCCE breeder codes prior to listing any live foals, mares, or embryos. Juggernaut reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to maintain accurate information or violate our trust policies.

3. Marketplace Auctions & Escrow

Bids placed on the Juggernaut Exchange are legally binding. Upon winning an auction, the buyer must deposit the full purchase amount into the designated Juggernaut Escrow account within 48 hours.

Funds remain secured in Escrow and are only released to the vendor upon successful completion of required milestones, including genetic verification and veterinarian health clearance.

4. Logistics and Import/Export

Juggernaut Exchange acts as a facilitator for equine logistics. While we coordinate with premium transport partners and manage USDA APHIS/EU health certificates, we are not liable for unavoidable delays caused by international customs, biological quarantines (CEM), or force majeure.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding asset condition, genetics, or logistics must be reported to the Juggernaut Concierge within 72 hours of asset transfer. Juggernaut provides impartial mediation to resolve disputes prior to releasing escrow funds.
